About the Job
Buck Brothers Asphalt Paving & Concrete, a 5th-generation family-owned company, is seeking an experienced Asphalt Mill Operator. Work is local in NW Ohio & SE Michigan, with steady hours during the paving season and modern equipment.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate a new CAT 6.5’ 800 HP asphalt mill (automatic controls).
- Mill commercial parking lots & private roads.
- Assist with unloading/cleaning equipment & routine maintenance.
- Work under a foreman as part of a dedicated team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior asphalt milling experience (required).
- Safety-focused, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Able to work 40–60 hrs/week during the 8-month season.
Pay & Benefits
- $25–$35/hr, weekly pay.
