About the Job
Buck Brothers Asphalt Paving & Concrete, a 5th-generation family-owned company, is hiring an experienced Prep Crew Foreman. This is a long-term career opportunity with a growing company, not an entry-level role.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a small crew in asphalt prep (milling, tear-outs, fine grading, excavation, drainage).
- Operate equipment and work alongside your team.
- Plan ahead, keep equipment maintained, and document projects.
- Ensure quality, safety, and discipline on every job.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior leadership/foreman experience (required).
- Skilled with heavy equipment (Skid Steer, Mini Excavator, Asphalt Mill).
- CDL and asphalt experience are a plus.
- Must have valid/clean driver’s license.
Pay & Benefits
- $60,000 – $90,000 annually (salary or hourly, weekly pay).

- 40–60 hr work weeks (8-month season).
